Dropping an already deleted diskgroup returns CRS-222 CRS-2730


Trying to delete and remove the diskgroup from OCR
[grid@grac41 orarootagent_root]$ srvctl remove diskgroup -g OPENFILER_DG
PRCA-1002 : Failed to remove CRS resource ora.OPENFILER_DG.dg for ASM Disk Group OPENFILER_DG
PRCR-1028 : Failed to remove resource ora.OPENFILER_DG.dg
PRCR-1072 : Failed to unregister resource ora.OPENFILER_DG.dg
CRS-0222: Resource 'ora.OPENFILER_DG.dg' has dependency error.

[grid@grac41 ~]$ crsctl delete  resource 'ora.OPENFILER_DG.dg'
CRS-2730: Resource 'ora.grac4.db' depends on resource 'ora.OPENFILER_DG.dg'

Check database dependencies
[oracle@grac41 trace]$ srvctl config database -d grac4
Database unique name: grac4
Database name: grac4
Oracle home: /u01/app/oracle/product/11204/racdb
Oracle user: oracle
Spfile: +DATA/grac4/spfilegrac4.ora
Domain: 
Start options: open

--> Note we have already deleted OPENFILER_DG 

Change diskgroup dependencies
[root@grac41 Desktop]# srvctl modify database -d grac4 -a 'DATA,SSD'
[root@grac41 Desktop]# srvctl config database -d grac4 
Database unique name: grac4
Database name: grac4
Oracle home: /u01/app/oracle/product/11204/racdb
Oracle user: oracle
Spfile: +DATA/grac4/spfilegrac4.ora
